External hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data is stored on the hoster’s servers. These include u. a. IP addresses, meta and communication data as well as access and usage data.

Contract for order processing

An AV contract has been concluded with our hoster in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR concluded.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA) as a CDN and DNS provider.

  • Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and performance (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR).
  • EU-US Data Privacy Framework & SCC: Cloudflare is a participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and also processes your data on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Cloudflare uses cookies exclusively to protect against malicious traffic and to optimize performance.
