I contacted Sarina in April 2021 because I was in a very difficult life situation.
I had no will to live, was exhausted, had financial existential fears and was in very poor health. During our first phone call, I asked her to remind me of who I am, what I can do and to accompany me on my path.
I had already undergone therapy, all kinds of self-awareness and training and yet I still felt lost. My tools no longer worked, I had forgotten myself and was lost in the maelstrom.
When she explained her way of working to me I remember rolling my eyes, working energetically, yes of course, nobody can understand it and it’s not tangible, then there’s her price and and and… I was really resistant. Despite this, or perhaps because of it, I opened myself up to your work.
It was a conscious decision to change my life.
When we started working together, I experienced again and again that I could not consciously or tangibly comprehend what was happening, but a lot was happening.
She gave me images, questions, meditations and physical experiences that opened up new worlds for me. I felt energies working within me, blockages dissolving and my critical, limiting inner voices becoming quieter.

I turned to Sarina at a time when I no longer knew how to help myself.

The intensity of what I was feeling and the processes I was going through became so enormous that my system was completely overwhelmed and I didn’t know what I could do to feel more stable, feel myself and be with myself again.

I am also infinitely grateful for all the skills she brings to the table. That it enlightens and gives us orientation. That where we think we have lost ourselves, she leads us back onto our own path. It leads to radical personal responsibility and empowerment and shows the way to one’s own primal knowledge, to one’s own access points.
Who does this nowadays in the coaching jungle and all the offers out there, between the sales strategies and marketing manipulation, who is still an honest person and has the courage to take a close look and build their business in a congruent way with themselves?. Someone who is fully committed to themselves and their path.

That is Sarina.

Part of me still can’t or sometimes doesn’t want to believe how easy it can be and go. He is still looking for something he can dissolve and is preoccupied with things that belong to the old world.
