i don’t know about you, but I am still in the Christmas winter energy
The year is already quite present with its energy and yet I feel this magic and this calm and deep peace, still the desire for retreat, inner return with gentle creative movements in co-creation with the universe (regardless of how the outside shows/feels/signals)

So I continue to flow calmly and very gently with the energy that is there. I look forward to a few check-in conversations / preliminary and alignment discussions for 1:1 support / company support and the training path from knowledge to wisdom. 🙏

This will be an important principle this year. Go with the flow. Absorb the impulses when they are inside you and then continue to flow. Not to hold on tightly but to flow in connection with your essence, to let it emerge/flow out of you. Completely independent of what the outside signals…trust yourself and your rhythm, your balance, your knowledge, your inner wisdom, your essence and flow.
