But you don't feel like it at all. Actually, you feel like a rainy day, cuddle up and don't go outside the door? And shall I tell you something? That's totally ok. At the moment things are going pretty well again. Deep wounds make themselves felt again and trigger that you actually thought you had already made peace with. Don't make yourself wrong, don't despair. Deep healing may now occur once more. And you're not alone.
Tips
The awareness of such triggers is the most important step to get out of the automatism, which then usually takes place.
1. Perceive
Take time for yourself and just notice what is happening in your body, where these old wounds make themselves felt.
2. Accept
it (as hard as it may be right now, get out of the resistance and just accept it, it is as it is and as it is, it is perfectly okay right now, there is nothing wrong with it)
3. Open your heart
Open your heart (I am often asked how this works, I myself am not one of complicated techniques, with me everything has to go easy, otherwise I will not do it. So just imagine that you go to your heart with your right hand and open the zipper there, quite consciously; that's enough for starters.)
4. Forgive Forgive ("I forgive
myself what I have done to myself; I forgive myself for what I have done to others and I forgive others for what they have done to me." it becomes easier after a few times conscious repetition)
5. Be grateful Be grateful (everything you encounter makes you grow; as much as it hurts at first, try to be grateful
and rather ask, what kind of contribution is this for me)
6. Feelings want to be felt Feeling what wants to be
felt (no breaking off, no running away, no distraction, just feeling)
7. Choose new

8. Support is allowed
