The state of limbo between the years
It's not like I didn't know you were coming. Somehow it's a bit like having a baby. You can prepare for it and you know it's coming, but when it's there, everything is different. All the preparation was of no use. You are happy like a schnitzel, but still everything is new and you think to yourself and now?
Of course, this is something completely different with the new year. I am well aware of that. But I want to make it clear to you: "IT'S OKAY IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE NEW YEAR."
I don't know about you. I'm still hanging in the balance a bit. The old year is already behind me, but somehow not quite gone, and the new year is somehow already here but somehow not or should I say better "not yet tangible"!?
Many of you may have already fully returned to everyday life. This is even more confusing, because everything goes on like this and "Stop STOP I had the intention that right NOW everything will be different."
Suddenly, you don't know back and forth. Thinks Ui where am I, where do I belong, what am I doing here. Nothing half and nothing whole. The old is gone and the new is not quite there yet. A transition, a space of suspension opens. For us humans mostly associated with fear. We like to have security all around us, and now everything seems a bit shaky.
Accepting gifts instead of resolutions and goals
But what if we just do it differently now? Resolutions and goals are all well and good. But what if you just open yourself up to receiving the gifts that the New Year has in store for us? You can then combine this with your own projects and use the energy of the year for yourself.
Arrive first
Imagine you're going on vacation. You've been looking forward to it all year. You don't run right away. No, you arrive first. Let everything affect you.
So you can do the same with the new year.

If you are already back in everyday life, RELAX and adapt to the natural pace, not society. Breathe in and out.
" Phew here I am" and give yourself as much time as you need toget to anz.
On vacation, you might sleep or go to the sea and stay there for a while. Even there it can sometimes take days to arrive.
Take your time, make yourself comfortable by candlelight and a cup of tea and ARRIVE. Consciously incorporate these "arrival times" into your everyday life.
Perceive
Perceive, let the energy of the year work on you. Maybe make notes of what's coming up for you. "Dear year 2018, what energy do you have, what makes you special, what gifts do you have in your luggage" and then turn on your antennas and maybe make notes about it.
Focus on your heart
As you perceive the energy of the year, your heart will also speak in between. Focus on your heart. Where is it heading this year. Focus on what is really important to you in your life. Feel free to take notes on this as well. Focus your attention on it.
Connect the energy of your heart with that of the year
Connect the energy of the year with yours and that of your heart and your alignment. Use the energy of the year and let it be a contribution to your direction.
What needs your attention and when
? Take the note with your notes. Go through it point by point and ask when this matter of the heart needs your attention. Which monthly energy is the biggest contribution to this? Ask all your heart affairs to show you when they need your attention and action.
