This was particularly present this week in my 1:1 mentoring and in the management consultancy.
Not having to be anything. Value-free encounters. Being seen in the essence.
Roles, masks, expectations, impositions Definitions, could fall.
The true essence became visible and tangible for everyone.
They were able to see and recognize themselves.
So healing.
By seeing the beings that surround the companies and medical practices, the original competence of the company was reawakened.
For me, a sacred space that needs no words.
Expansion, gentleness, letting go. A space that lets go and at the same time holds what is pure, true essence.
